Blake Suzelis Needs
Blake Suzelis is in the process of wanting to phase out “in-person” counseling and move to an online Membership / Subscription based self-guided counseling model promoting the Live Lucky program and Online / Virtual Coaching with coaches who have been through the Live Lucky program and can expand coaching from there. The present website at blakesuzelis.com which is hosted on the Wix system is not suitable to accomplish the long-term goals. A migration to WordPress with an updated website design and client experience is needed.
The website redesign should include:
- Clean, well designed website that represents the Who, What, When, Where, Why and How of Blake Suzelis, the Live Lucky program and Online / Virtual Coaching.
- Easy Live Lucky membership / subscription setup & management for both customer and Blake Suzelis.
- Offering of a monthly membership for $30/month
- Offering of an annual membership for $300/year
- Offering of a student monthly membership for $10/month
- Offering of a student annual membership for $100/year
- Easy ability to direct members to acquire the Live Lucky self-guided program materials from Amazon.com.
- Easy ability for members / subscribers to connect with a Live Lucky coach if desired.
- Easy ability for members or new visitors to book and pay for Online / Virtual Coaching.

Live Lucky Video Hosting and Drip
Live Lucky Video Hosting
The Live Lucky video course, made up of 48 videos should be hosted on Vimeo.com. Vimeo.com is a powerful video hosting platform that provides the ability to restrict video embedding to specific urls / domains. This will prevent the Live Lucky videos from being found outside of the website or being embedded on any other website.
- Each video should be uploaded to Vimeo by Blake Suzelis.
- Each video should be marked Private in Vimeo immediately after they are uploaded.
- Each video file should be named in sequence with titles – for example – Live Lucky Week 1 – Finding Out Who You Are.mp4, Live Lucky Week 2 – Finding Out Who You Are Not.mp4 (Obviously theses are not the actual titles, just filler for the examples).
- The Web Dude will create a styled template in Vimeo to ensure that the videos match the style of the website.
- The Web Dude will be responsible for acquiring the Vimeo embed code and and embedding each video in the proper order on the membership section of the website.
Live Lucky Video Drip
Videos will drip on a 7 day schedule that will be based on the date of the members sign up / payment. For example:
Suzy Smith signs up for her membership on October 1, 2022. Video 1 of 48 is immediately available to Suzy Smith.
On October 8, 2022, Video 2 of 48 will drip and be available to Suzy Smith.
On October 15, 2022, Video 3 of 48 will drip and be available to Suzy Smith.
And so on until all videos in the Live Lucky self-guided course have been dripped.

As part of the overall solution, The Web Dude will deliver the following for Blake Suzelis.

The website design and development process will follow the steps outlined below:

The website design and development timframe for completion will be 25 – 30 business days following receipt of initial deposit.
Investment
Website Design Project Fee
One-time project fee- This is based on the scope of work outlined in the sections above. This is a one-time fee.
- Payment terms for the project fee are 50% payment in advance and the remaining 50% payment upon completion.
- Payment may be made by Credit Card or Company Check. Credit Card payments are subject to a convenience fee.
