Promenade on Six Website Needs

Presently, Promenade on Six is prepared to develop a real estate venture similar in concept to the Hawley Silk Mill in Hawley, PA. The goal of the website initially is to promote Promenade on Six to prospective tenants (Phase 1). As the venue gains traction with occupancy by tenants, it will be necessary to continue to attract tenants but also to attract shoppers to the venue so that tenants can make sales (Phase 2).

Must haves for Promenade on Six website:

  • Professional imagery – if necessary, this can be architectural renderings in the beginning, but ideally, high quality, professional photographs of the venue should be leveraged. (Phase 1)
  • Space Options / Layout information – This can be architectural renderings in the beginning. Ultimately, as spaces are roughed in, high quality photography should be used. (Phase 1)
  • Persistent contact information – Website visitors should always have a phone number and email address in view on their screen / display so that they can easily make contact when their interest reaches the point that they are ready to make contact. (Phase 1)
  • Lead Capture Form – Front and center during the initial phase of attracting tenants, a contact form should be presented so that it’s clearly and easily inviting prospective tenants to find out details about becoming a tenant. (Phase 1)
  • Multi Focused Home Page Design (Phase 2)
  • Updated Nagivation (Phase 2)
  • Dedicated Tenant Pages (Phase 2)
